We’re renovating our home and were in need of quartz for our kitchen and bathroom. We went to several places and found that the employees or owners of these places weren’t very helpful. We were headed to Jasper Sherwin Williams and somehow found MC Granite. When we walked in Teresa greeted us with a big smile and Hello! What a nice difference from all the other four places we visited! When we entered the shop Teresa had a nice candle burning I mentioned what a nice smell. Teresa showed us many pieces and spent a good amount of time with us! We found some pieces we liked but Teresa said we could visit a bigger store of theirs so Teresa made the arrangements. We went to the other store and they were as friendly too! We decided we liked what we found at Teresa’s store. We drove back to Teresa’s store did our final pick for everything including a sink! Teresa was soooo accommodating and we also got a discount with a sale going on which was greatly appreciated! Teresa then came to take measurements and remembered how I liked the smell of the candle which Teresa then gave me one of those candles. This is what I call above and beyond customer service! Then the next step was to have the measuring tech come out which he was very kind also! The men that installed the quartz were also on time and kind! This company has people that care about their customers! The service, products and the crew are some of the best people we’ve dealt with any renovations we’ve done in our many homes! Thank you Teresa and crew for making our experience a Wonderful experience! I highly recommend this company. We wish you many more years of success! Michelle and Rick
